We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to all of Saw Creek's 2026 Graduates. As you celebrate, we've noticed quite a few graduation and collegiate signs displayed throughout the community. Just a friendly reminder that community guidelines allow only 911 address signs on properties. We kindly ask that all other signs be taken down at this time.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Compliance Office at compliance@sawcreek.org.

While the cleanup is ongoing, we want to assure everyone that the trail has been inspected, is safe, and is open for your enjoyment.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue improving the area. We hope you enjoy the trail and have a wonderful weekend!

Good Evening, Everyone,
We are grateful to share that it appears power has now been restored to nearly all areas of our Community. We had the opportunity to speak with the utility crews working in Saw Creek today, and they were addressing the few remaining locations that were still experiencing issues. We sincerely appreciate their hard work and dedication throughout this challenging week.
With power being restored, we are pleased to announce that all community pools will return to their normal operating schedules beginning tomorrow. We will also discontinue the charging and cooling station at the DCC, as it is no longer needed.
We are thankful that we were able to provide a place for residents to cool off, charge devices, shower, and find a little comfort during the outages. Supporting one another during difficult times is what being a community is all about, and we are grateful for the patience, kindness, and understanding everyone showed throughout the past several days.
We look forward to getting back to normal and enjoying the rest of the summer together. Thank you again to our residents, staff, and everyone who worked tirelessly to help our Community recover.
