🚧 **Community Notice: Roadside Maintenance Today** 🚧
Today, our Maintenance Department will be working throughout the community to complete roadside overhang cutbacks, including the removal of branches, limbs, and brush.
Please use extra caution while driving and be aware of maintenance crews working in the area. We apologize for any inconvenience this work may cause and appreciate your patience as we continue to help keep our community safe and well-maintained.

Message from the Compliance Department:
Upcoming Utility Work
Attention Residents,
The Association has been notified of an upcoming Met-Ed utility improvement project that will affect portions of the community.
As part of this infrastructure upgrade, Met-Ed will be converting sections of the existing electrical distribution system from single-phase service to three-phase service to improve the capacity, reliability, and overall performance of the electrical grid serving the area.
To facilitate these upgrades, trees located along Decker Road that interfere with utility poles and power lines will be trimmed or removed. This proactive vegetation management is intended to improve the reliability of the electrical system and reduce the risk of power outages caused by falling trees during severe weather.
At this time, it is estimated that tree work may begin as early as Wednesday or Thursday of this week. There has been no approximate completion date provided at this time. As additional information becomes available, the Association will provide updates to residents.
In the meantime, please watch for notifications posted on your door by a Met-Ed subcontractor conducting project planning activities. These notifications may contain important information regarding work that could affect your property. Please do not disregard them, as they may require your attention or access to your property.

Good Evening Creek Peeps,
Our community has always been at its best when we come together to help those in need, and today we're asking for your support once again.
Our friends at AWSOM have recently taken in an abundance of rescued cats and kittens and are in need of our help. As many of you know, our community has a long history of giving back—whether it's supporting local children through our Angel Tree program or donating supplies to AWSOM each year. Now is another opportunity to make a difference.
No donation is too small. Food, litter, cleaning supplies, toys, or monetary donations are all greatly appreciated and will help provide care for these rescued animals as they wait for their forever homes.
If you're unable to make it to the shelter, we're happy to help! Donations can be dropped off at the Member Services Office, and we'll ensure they get to AWSOM.
We know how compassionate and generous our residents are. When our community comes together, incredible things happen. Thank you in advance for helping us support this wonderful local shelter and the animals that need us most. ❤️🐾
