♻️ Recycling Update
Recycling is available again, update as of 9/29/26.

Recycling on Decker Road is temporarily closed until further notice because the dumpster is currently full.
The waste hauler will be servicing and replenishing the dumpster as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding! Thank you for helping keep our community clean. ♻️

🚗 PARKING REGULATIONS REMINDER
The Saw Creek Estates Public Safety Department would like to remind residents about parking regulations within the community.
Vehicles parked along roadways in areas that are not approved parking pads may be subject to enforcement. Parking pads must be properly approved through the Compliance Department.
📞 See a parking violation? Please call Public Safety Dispatch.
Email is not monitored continuously and may delay an officer’s response. Calling Dispatch allows us to document the complaint immediately and assign it for follow-up.
Please understand that each situation is reviewed individually. Officers may issue a warning or civil citation when appropriate. Because these are civil violations, a citation does not automatically result in the vehicle being towed, and enforcement may take time to work through the established process.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as Public Safety continues to address parking concerns and enforce the community’s regulations fairly and consistently.

🚧 ROAD LINE PAINTING NOTICE 🚧
Beginning Thursday, September 24, 2026, line painting will take place on the following roads:
📍 Decker Road
Woodbridge Drive East
Scarborough Way
Lancaster Drive
Kirkham Road
Smithfield Drive
Edinburgh Road
Hampstead Road
Cambridge Court
Brentwood Drive
Stafford Drive
The work is expected to take approximately two days, weather permitting. Please be aware that work schedules may change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
🚗 Motorists are asked to slow down and use caution while traveling through the work areas.

🚨 RECYCLING ALERT — PLEASE READ! ♻️
Our recycling container is being misused, and it could put this service at risk. Public Safety is monitoring and citations have been issued!
🚫 NO furniture, Styrofoam, plastic bags, sinks, packaging, household items, or trash. Only approved recyclable materials belong in the container.
⚠️ Improper dumping means extra costs for our community, extra work for our staff, and will result in citation(s). The area is monitored 24/7. Unfortunately, if the misuse continues, Saw Creek Estates may have to remove the access to the recycling container.
Help us keep this service! Check the posted guidelines before you recycle and dispose of prohibited items properly.

Gate card holders should utilize the Lancaster Gate and all visitors and non-gate card holders should be directed to use the front gate.

Attention Residents-Please use caution on Lancaster Drive on Monday.
Paving contractors will be on-site on Monday, September 14, to replace a damaged culvert pipe on Lancaster Drive.
Please be advised that flaggers will be on-site, and traffic will be reduced to one lane while the work is being completed. Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
Work Location: Lancaster Drive between Kensington Drive and Daventry Court.
