Saw Creek Estates has a Community Manager provided through a contract with FirstService Residential. The Community Manager oversees a full-time staff of over 40 SCE employees who handle the community’s day-to-day operations. There is a nine-member Board of Directors, elected by homeowners, to oversee finances and management as set by the rules and regulations in the community bylaws.
