Our “Top of the World” complex welcomes you to our full service restaurant and bar that features live music and other activities like karaoke and comedy shows. Homeowners pay very low yearly dues. These dues generate the funds to run the community and include items like the Safety Patrol, all office and maintenance staff, snow removal, garbage collection, road maintenance, life guards, snow making and ski instructors.
