Reminder: The speed limit throughout the community, including Woodbridge Drive East through the Falls, is 25 mph. Vehicles must also stop at all posted stop signs. Anyone caught speeding or not coming to a complete stop at stop signs is subject to a citation.
Since the bridge closure, the Association has received complaints that Saw Creek residents have started using the Falls dumpster on Keswick Ave. We understand the bridge closure is an inconvenience, and a longer route needs to be taken to the Decker Road compactors, but the Keswick Ave dumpsters are only for Falls residents and are monitored by cameras. Signs are in place stating that Saw Creek residents will be fined $500 and have charges filed for trespassing. It is better to drive that extra half mile to the Decker Road compactors, instead of getting fined for illegal dumping.

Good Evening Folks,
As a reminder, the Smithfield Bridge will be closing next week on 4/14/25. More information regarding the necessary repairs can be found in the Resource Center on our website.

Earlier this week, we met with officials from ESASD about the community kids being rerouted due to the bridge being closed. Parents of the affected school children, please watch your emails for further instructions from the district on alternate bus stop locations for the remainder of this school year. We are working towards a feasible solution for everyone's benefit and appreciate the unity to resolve this concern.

Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this repair may cause and we appreciate your patience. Thank you!
