Saturday, March 27th- Vehicle Removal Day! Earn $25-$200 for your junk cars! Great way for residents to get rid of uninspected, unregistered or uninsured cars, vans or trucks. Click here for more information.

Spring Thaw 2010-Are you expecting a delivery? Are you having work done on your home? In order to protect our roadways & prevent damage all trucks over 10 Ton (GVW) may be prohibited from entering the community between March 6th—May 6th . Some vehicles may be required to provide a weight ticket for verification. Road Conditions will be evaluated on a weekly basis. For the upcoming weeks status please call the Member Services Office on Thursday after 3 pm at (570) 588-9329.
