Please be advised the Mt. Side and the VIP pools will be closed from Monday, August 30th thru Thursday. September 2nd.   They will reopen on Friday, September 3rd and remain open until Monday, September 6th. The VIP and Mountainside Outdoor pools will close for the season on Tuesday, September 7th.  The TOW and Mill Pond Outdoor pools will be closed from Tuesday, September 7th thru Friday, September 10th. The TOW Outdoor and the Mill Pond Outdoor Pool will re-open Saturday, September 11th and Sunday, September 12th-weather permitting. For more information please contact the Recreation Department at (570) 588-9329 ext 218.

Burning Ban in effect! Effective immediately no burning permits will be issued until further notice. Burning without a permit will result in a Tier 1 Citation ($50.00) and reported to the Township (subject to a $25.00 to $300.00 fine).
